The Breitenau Fire Department in Austria knows how to have a great time ... who would have thought that you could savor good Austrian wine, home cooked schnitzel and then get a personal tour of this station?

Watch and enjoy this wine food pairing adventure ... btw ... I went with a Grüner Veltliner ... a white wine grape variety grown in Austria.  This tasty wine has a reputation of being a particularly food-friendly wine ... and it did.
