Wine Food Pairing - BBQ in Banana Leaves

Wine food pairing in southwest Florida is different than, let's say, Michigan. First off, when you decide in the afternoon to go fishing for mahi mahi you'd better have a really long pole and next of all if you want to BBQ that dolphin wrapped in banana leaves you might not have any growing in the backyard!

Take a look at the fun we had last weekend ...



The mango salsa was made with mangoes from our neighbors tree ... yummy ... pair the whole dinner with a chilled, crisp pinot grigio and you have the best that Florida has to offer.

Wine food pairing, it is all about the food. CHEERS!
