Our Wine Food Pairing continues in Guanaja Honduras. Fresh snapper caught and prepared by Kevin at the Castaways Resort and Marina was on the menu this evening. He did it Honduran island style with the head on, garnished with tomatoes and lime on the side.
This was delicious. We paired Mr. Snapper with a Chenin Blanc from the western cape of South Africa. The wine, rich and aromatic was a beautiful match with the fresh seafood.
Southern Tide and Mr. Snapper ,a terrific wine food pairing. CHEERS!
